Each month we're hearing complaints from more and more subscribers whose e-mail newsletters aren't making it through the Internet's growing array of spam filters. Spam blocking software varies widely, so it's hard to offer a solution that works for everyone, but here are two of the most common ways to prevent our e-mail newsletter from being blocked in the future:
  • Add our e-mail address, natlallergynews@dminsite.net to your address book or your list of approved senders.
  • If your spam is sorted into a spam/junk/bulk folder, find the e-mail newsletter in that folder, select a National Allergy email and then press the "Not Spam/Junk/Bulk" button.
If these solutions don't work for you, you may need to contact your Internet service provider for instructions on how to prevent e-mails that you want to receive from being blocked or filtered as spam.
